YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an In-Villa Dining Waiter or similar Food & Beverage Service role, preferably within a luxury international hotel or resort environment. Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, menu items, beverage offerings, and basic up-selling techniques, with the ability to provide appropriate recommendations to guests. Strong understanding of In-Villa Dining service procedures, including order delivery, table setup, presentation, clearance, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, courteous, and professional approach to delivering personalized guest service. Ability to understand and respond promptly to guest requests, dietary requirements, special arrangements, and complaints, ensuring effective follow-up and guest satisfaction. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with the Kitchen, Order Takers, and other operational departments to ensure accurate and timely service. Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and good understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, health and safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.
