YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Bell Attendant or similar Front Office role, preferably within a luxury international hotel or resort environment. Strong commitment to service excellence, with a warm, courteous, and guest-focused approach and the ability to anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs. Good knowledge of bell and concierge operations, including luggage handling, guest escorting, room and resort orientation, message and parcel delivery, and transportation arrangements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally while coordinating effectively with Front Office and other departments. Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to maintain high standards of guest safety, luggage security, hygiene, and operational efficiency. Flexible and service-minded, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury resort environment while consistently creating memorable guest experiences.
