Additional languages will be an advantage. • Strong guest service focus with attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. What you will be doing: • Provide personalized and seamless service to guests, ensuring a luxury and memorable stay experience. • Welcome and engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and maintain updated guest preferences. • Assist with guest activities, including snorkeling experiences, and provide local and marine life information when required. • Maintain excellent knowledge of resort services, facilities, and local experiences. • Build strong guest relationships through professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
