ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Hostess to create an exceptional first impression and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will have excellent Food & Beverage knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximize sales and profitability while delivering exceptional guest service. Coordinate, plan, organize, and control the Food & Beverage administrative aspects of the operation. Receive and record guest reservations and efficiently assign tables. Greet and escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide explanations of menu items. Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional and expertly served dining experience. Prepare the outlet for service according to standard operating procedures. Maintain professional service standards and ensure a smooth flow of the guest dining experience. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury island resort. Ability to work comfortably in a remote location or island environment. Fluent in Russian and English—essential. Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge. Detail-oriented and task-motivated, with a strong commitment to service excellence. Flexible and willing to work any shift according to outlet requirements. Strong commitment to company service standards and guest satisfaction.
