GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness. Operate the staff shop efficiently and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, counters, equipment, glassware, and storage areas. Provide friendly and efficient service to colleagues at the staff bar/shop. Ensure products are correctly priced, properly displayed, and within their expiry dates. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards. Ensure responsible handling and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Assist with staff events, celebrations, and special functions when required. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, with experience in a 5-star luxury resort in Maldives will be an advantage. Previous experience in inventory, bartending, retail, cashiering, staff shop, stock control or F&B service is preferred. Good communication and customer service skills. High level of honesty, reliability, and accountability. Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
