We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director of Food & Beverage with 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality environment. As the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food & Beverage department at Kandima Maldives. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient and effective management of guest dining experiences and outlet operations. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position Working experience in cost control and inventory management Proficient in POS and F&B management systems Proficiency in MS Office applications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
