We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort or five-star hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort. Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high guest service standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
