Key Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of the laundry department. • Supervise, train, and motivate the laundry team to maintain high performance. • Ensure all guests, staff, and linen laundry is processed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. • Monitor laundry chemicals, linen inventory, and operating supplies. • Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of laundry equipment. • Maintain hygiene, health, safety, and environmental standards. • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet operational requirements. • Prepare departmental reports, schedules, and control operating costs. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury resorts. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, and stain removal techniques. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment. • Good command of spoken and written English. • LQA experience will be considered an added advantage.
