ABOUT THE ROLE • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring a warm and personalized experience. • Support guest arrival, in-villa check-in, and departure processes in a professional manner. • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently. • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B Service, and other departments to deliver seamless service. • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. • Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences to guests in a culturally appropriate manner.
