YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international brand. Good understanding of luxury service standards and guest service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle guest requests, complaints and special arrangements professionally. Good organizational and coordination skills to manage team members, service timing and daily operations effectively. A positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
