YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Sales within a sizeable international organization, including at least 2-3 years in Managerial role, with a proven ability to proactively identify leads and convert them into business opportunities. • Strong understanding of the local market, industry trends, and business practices, with the ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively across departments. • Ability to assess different business situations, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide practical recommendations to achieve business objectives. • Proficient in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business analyses, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
