YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international brand. Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is mandatory. Basic understanding of child development, age-appropriate activities, and the ability to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. Good communication skills with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with children, parents, and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ability to organize and lead fun, educational, and recreational activities such as arts and crafts, games, sports, storytelling, and themed events. Basic knowledge of child safety procedures, emergency response, basic first aid, and safeguarding practices to ensure children's well-being at all times. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a friendly, patient, energetic, and caring personality, while maintaining professionalism in a luxury hospitality environment.
