YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international brand. • Good Understanding of luxury service standards and guest service delivery. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally. • Good organizational and coordination skills to manage team members, service timing, and daily operations effectively. • Good understanding of HACCP principles, food hygiene, sanitation standards, and safe food handling practices. • A positive attitude, attention to details and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
