YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury resort. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong operational knowledge of front office operations, including reservations, guest experience and service standards. Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences, consistently anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns efficiently and creating memorable stays. High level of multicultural awareness, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds. • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
