Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their cabana experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar. Serve beverages, cocktails, and light refreshments with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations. Ensure cabana areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies and amenities. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions securely. Manage multiple tables and guests simultaneously while maintaining service quality. Follow all health, safety, and food service protocols and standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
