Job description We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Bellman / Concierge Agent to join our Front Office team at Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of the hotel team, you will create memorable guest experiences by providing warm welcomes, efficient luggage assistance, and personalized service throughout the guest journey. Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first and last impression. Handle guest luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide information about hotel facilities and services. Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers, and local recommendations. Provide concierge support by responding to guest inquiries, arranging reservations, and sharing knowledge of local attractions and experiences. Maintain excellent communication with Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service. Deliver prompt and personalized assistance while handling guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Ensure proper handling and storage of guest luggage according to hotel standards. Assist with hotel transportation services and operate hotel vehicles when required. A valid UAE heavy driving license is required for this position. Maintain a high standard of grooming, appearance, and professional conduct at all times. Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards while contributing to a positive team environment.
