As a wellness manager, you’re not just overseeing spa and recreation operations – you’re creating an atmosphere of light, warmth, and genuine care. Through meaningful guest connections and thoughtfully curated wellness experiences, you help make every stay truly memorable. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Oversee spa & recreation operations — Manage daily guest service delivery, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-performing wellness operations. Maximize revenue opportunities — Develop wellness and spa menus, introduce innovative programs, and implement marketing and merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth while enhancing the guest experience. Maintain wellness facilities — Ensure all spa and recreation areas, equipment, and amenities are well-maintained, clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. Enhance guest satisfaction — Monitor service trends, respond to guest feedback, and implement continuous improvements to elevate the overall wellness journey. Inspire and develop the team — Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, support professional development, and recognize achievements to build and retain a motivated, high-performing wellness team. Uphold regulatory standards — Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements, ensuring the highest standards of wellbeing for guests and team members.
