We're looking for a warm, professional spa receptionist to join our wellness team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the spa and wellness industry and thrives in a customer-focused environment. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional service while managing all aspects of spa operations with efficiency and enthusiasm. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all spa inquiries, bookings, and reservations from direct clients and partner hotels Process and manage spa day bookings and residential spa break reservations with accuracy and attention to detail Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a warm and professional experience Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all spa bookings, client preferences, and administrative documentation Proactively follow up on provisional bookings to confirm reservations and maximize occupancy Support the spa reception team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service throughout all operations Coordinate scheduling and communicate treatment details to spa therapists and staff members Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently Manage spa inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed Assist with spa treatments when required to support team operations Work collaboratively with hotel partners and external agents to facilitate group bookings and special events Qualifications Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality reception role is advantageous Background or knowledge in beauty or wellness treatments is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with computer systems, booking software, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure Exceptional customer service orientation with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction Strong time management and prioritization skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisive decisions Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules as part of the rotation Professional appearance and demeanor Must speak Russian language Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Valid work authorization for the United Arab Emirates
