As a Butler in our luxury establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to our discerning guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with the utmost attention to detail and discretion Manage guest requests efficiently, including packing/unpacking, laundry services, and personal shopping Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain an organized and immaculate environment in guest suites and common areas Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required Assist with event planning and execution for private functions Handle guest correspondence and manage schedules as needed Ensure all service standards are met and exceeded consistently Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements Collaborate with team members to create a positive and luxurious guest experience Adapt to changing situations and guest needs with flexibility and professionalism
