Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our facilities through high-quality painting services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Execute painting projects in various areas of the facility, including public spaces, guest rooms, and exterior surfaces Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results and maintain consistency across projects Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers with precision and efficiency Perform touch-ups and repairs on existing painted surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper care of painting tools and equipment Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate painting schedules and minimize disruptions Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of painting materials and equipment Respond promptly to painting-related requests and resolve issues in a timely manner Contribute to the development of innovative painting techniques and solutions to improve overall quality and efficiency Participate in regular maintenance checks to identify areas requiring touch-ups or repainting Assist in inventory management of paint supplies and materials
