Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a skilled and versatile General Technician to join our team. As a General Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our facility's operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. Perform routine maintenance checks on various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and kitchen equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality. Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment and systems as needed. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary safety measures to comply with regulations and prevent accidents. Respond efficiently to emergency maintenance requests, working under pressure to resolve issues in a timely manner. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all technical systems and equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Provide technical support and guidance to staff members, offering training on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting techniques. Interact professionally with guests when responding to maintenance requests in rooms or public areas. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations and guest satisfaction.
