Dubai is located on the southern shore of the Arabian Gulf and has a subtropical, arid climate. About the role Reservation Agent is responsible for handling room reservations, providing information about the hotel’s facilities and services, and ensuring a seamless booking process to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. What you will do Provide general information about the hotel and assist callers. Process reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral. Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout. Create and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. Communicate reservation information to the front desk. Open and close the availability as and when required of hotel in all channels and website. Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers. What you bring At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury hotels. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work night shifts.
