Own your station: take pride in your section, keeping it organised, stocked, and service-ready from start to finish. Waste less, create more: use ingredients wisely, manage stock efficiently, and help reduce food waste wherever possible. Keep it safe: follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards to keep our kitchen safe and spotless. Care for the tools: operate kitchen equipment safely and make sure everything is cleaned and maintained after every service. Teamwork makes the dream work: support your fellow chefs during busy services and help create a positive, high-energy kitchen. Share your knowledge: guide and support Commis 2 and Commis 3 whenever needed, helping the whole gang grow together. Keep learning: stay curious!
