Join our dynamic team as a Recreation Receptionist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our recreation facility. Key responsibilities: Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide information about facilities, programs, and services Process registrations, bookings, and payments for recreational activities while maintaining accurate records Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and keeping the space clean and organized Assist with scheduling and coordinating recreational programs and events Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact Basic math skills for handling payments and reconciliations First Aid and CPR certification preferred Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
