Comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook and be aware of company standards and regulations. Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and give full cooperation when assistance is required with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude. Anticipate the needs of guests whenever possible to enhance quality service and customer satisfaction. Welcome all arriving guests with the highest standards and assist departing guests with any requests. Ensure that all guests are greeted upon arrival and departure of the hotel. Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff. Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all times. Achieve the highest guest satisfaction measured by the TRUST YOU platform. Maintain continuous contact with hotel guests to ensure that any problems or complaints are handled efficiently and courteously. Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the front office area. Review log book, verify outstanding items, and follow up on pending matters. Identify any special assignments for the day. Check hotel operation, occupancy, functions, groups, and VIPs. File daily guest relations reports and documents systematically. Give full cooperation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring, and helpful manner. Be flexible in assisting other areas of the hotel in response to business and customer needs. Encourage and participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge and experience Diploma or degree preferably in hospitality or related field. Minimum 1 year relevant experience. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language; Russian is mandatory. Competencies Possess strong interpersonal skills.
