Job description Summary of general duties: Manages colleagues' transportation from accommodation to hotel and from hotel to accommodation Cleaning and maintenance of bus on regular basis Review and update the logbook Be smart, well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition at all times Report regularly on happenings to transportation/employee services manager Maintain associate relations Resolve passengers' complaints in a good manner Ensure the services are up to the required standard Cooperation with hotel’s departments: housekeeping, engineering, F&B, etc. Attend training classes as per schedule Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments Be aware of the daily activities and have product knowledge of all the hotel facilities Main duties and responsibilities: Pick up/drop colleagues from accommodation to hotel and from hotel to accommodation in a friendly and courteous manner Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and passengers' courtesy Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary Fuel the vehicle Ensure that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported Prepare trip reports Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary Provide other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service Be familiar with the roads and landmarks in the UAE (especially Dubai) Be knowledgeable of all local rules of the road General/miscellaneous Coordination and information with the transportation team leader Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant operational standards manual for the field of responsibility Other duties as assigned Special Carry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.
