Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Housekeeping attendant We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about flawless service, has an unfailing attention to detail, and commitment to attend work as scheduled. Key responsibilities include: Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards, etc. of guest room Clean patio and furniture Clean guest bathroom; restock linen and amenities Collect garbage from all receptacles in guestroom Strip and remake beds according to hotel standard Clean and check lamps and light fixtures Clean and fill ice buckets Check and replace hotel collateral and stationery as necessary Attend to any extra requirements of the guest Promptly inform the supervisor of any defects or maintenance work required in the guest rooms Inform the supervisor of guest comments or complaints Ensure that the trolleys and cubby holes are kept clean and tidy at all times Ensure that all garbage is removed from the trolley, corridor, and cubby hole before going off duty Ensure that all linen caddies are placed in their original position on the corridors before going off duty Be polite and courteous to guests and staff at all times Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Any other reasonable requests made by management Qualifications Prior experience as housekeeping attendant Writing, reading, and oral proficiency in the English language Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail Additional information Your team and working environment: Dynamic working environment Defined development career path Friendly and supportive team
