Manage guest reservations and inquiries: handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently while providing accurate information about restaurant offerings and promotions. Support guest satisfaction: address guest feedback, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate with restaurant teams: work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and timely service delivery. Maintain Hilton service standards: uphold the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail in all guest interactions. Ensure compliance and safety: follow health, safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
