We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Intern to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Food & Beverage Service Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in restaurant and hospitality operations by assisting with providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Assist in opening and closing procedures as required Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Adapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed
