As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment Resolve customer complaints and address any operational issues promptly and efficiently Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, considering local tastes and trends Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
