Job description Steward Join our dynamic team as a Steward and play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What you will be doing: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware to maintain hygiene standards Assist chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing and kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and workstations Handle and operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly while following hotel sustainability guidelines Follow food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Support in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ensuring proper stock rotation Perform additional duties as required to support the kitchen team Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen cleaning is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment handling Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays A positive attitude and a team-player mindset Additional information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 Your team and working environment: Fun-loving, vibrant and passionate to learn and grow with us!
