Job description / Role: Job Type Full Time Job Location Dubai, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Female Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function HR, Recruitment & Training Company Industry Travel, Hotel & Tourism Position Title: Head of Recruitment - TA Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 20,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading Dubai-based business group with a strong presence across multiple industries and operating a diversified portfolio of more than 20 successful companies regionally. Job Description: - Lead and execute group-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units. - Manage end-to-end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management. - Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance. - Lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions. Requirements: Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or anyrelated field. - Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Strong expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics and talent mapping methodologies. - Preferred candidate is a female Arabic speaker with experience working within diversified groups operating across sectors such as construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or other conglomerate businesses. Salary: AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
