Job description / Role: Develop and execute creative digital and traditional marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and travel bookings. Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and paid advertising while creating compelling promotional content for travel packages and seasonal offers. Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI. Collaborate with sales, operations, and travel partners to launch successful promotions, events, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the travel, tourism, hospitality, airline, or leisure industry. With hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns; With experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights. Must have strong skills in content creation, copywriting, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic photo/video editing. Arabic and English language proficiency is highly preferred.
