Job Type Full Time Job Location Abu Dhabi, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Engineering - Electronics & Telecom Company Industry Travel, Hotel & Tourism Position Title: Engineer Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation (2 persons per studio), company-provided transportation Benefits: duty meals (3 per day), uniforms, comprehensive medical insurance, and two annual flight tickets Job Location: Abu Dhabi About the Client: A leading leisure operator in the UAE, managing championship courses, luxury clubhouses, and landscaped facilities. - Supervise and manage engineering and maintenance staff (including contractors), ensuring punctuality, quality job performance, and adherence to safety, fire, and hygiene policies. - Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, inspections, and reporting for equipment, villas, and common areas, ensuring timely completion to required standards. - Monitor and control operation of utilities (heat, light, power), materials usage, and requisitions, while maintaining accurate records and cost efficiency. - Support departmental leadership by motivating the team, assisting with training, ensuring professional appearance and workplace cleanliness, and performing additional duties as required Requirements: Qualifications: - Male, Open to Asian, Atleast 38 years old & below - Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role with 2-3 as supervisor/senior. - Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance systems Salary: AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
