Staff Supervision: Support the SRE Manager in supervising and training Kids Club staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and maintain a safe environment. Provide guidance and feedback to staff members to enhance their performance and professional growth. Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage. Guest Interaction: Greet parents and children, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Create a welcoming atmosphere, fostering positive relationships with families and ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Child Safety and Security: Implement and enforce strict safety and security procedures, including proper identification verification and sign-in/sign-out processes. Ensure all staff members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure environment for children. Conduct regular safety inspections of Kids Club facilities and equipment. Activity Facilitation: Organize and facilitate a variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and educational programs. Engage children in interactive and imaginative play, encouraging their creativity, learning, and social interaction. Ensure activities are well-prepared and set up, with materials and supplies readily available. Child Engagement: Engage children in activities, ensuring their participation, and encouraging their creativity, imagination, and social interaction with other children. Behavioral Management: Implement effective behavioral management techniques to promote positive behavior and address any behavioral issues in a fair and constructive manner. Foster a respectful and inclusive environment, promoting good manners, cooperation, and kindness among children. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an inventory of Kids Club equipment, toys, and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and replenished as needed. Health and Hygiene: Ensure proper hygiene practices are followed within the Kids Club, including regular cleaning and sanitization of toys and play areas. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office, to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication regarding children's activities and requirements. Administration and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records, including attendance logs, incident reports, and activity schedules. Prepare regular reports on Kids Club operations, attendance, and feedback for management review.
Требования
Education and Training • Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality Management, or Recreation • Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications • Training in child safeguarding and emergency procedures • Fluency in English; extra languages are a big plus ] Experience • Minimum 2 to 5 years working in childcare, teaching, or resort recreation • At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisor or manager role • Background in luxury hospitality or remote resort settings is often preferred
