We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver a variety of massage and relaxation treatments in accordance with established standards. • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a relaxing and professional spa experience from start to finish. • Assess guest needs and recommend suitable massage or wellness programs. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a peaceful atmosphere in all spa areas. • Manage daily appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. • Ensure all spa products, supplies, and equipment are stocked and properly maintained. • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times. • Collaborate with the Health Club & Wellness team to promote spa offers and wellness initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Требования
• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa environment. • Strong knowledge of massage techniques and wellness principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. • Good physical stamina and professional appearance. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Personal Attributes: • Passionate about wellness, relaxation, and guest care. • Calm, positive, and service-oriented attitude. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and within a team. • Committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.
