Synopsis The Storeman/Inspector reports to the Logistics Supervisor and ensures compliance to regulatory and company requirements. Accountabilities Accepts stock and issues materials, components, tooling and other products and updates the respective parts inventory systems as per the respective processes defined in the TPM. Re-orders, performs physical inspection and completeness of documentation of delivered parts and materials required for the day-to-day tasks in the Tech Ops environment. Checks for damages, shortages and incorrectly supplied materials and reports to the Logistics Supervisor. Receives acceptable materials/returns back into stock under consideration of the applicable related receiving goods procedures and stores them in correct bin locations. Ensures that all material/tooling issued from store and accepted into the store is correctly labelled. Regularly checks/updates on shelf life of materials and calibration of tools with the related disposition if time expired. Ensures that the shift handover log is completed at the end of each shift duty. Inspects parts/material for documents conforming in accordance with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements. Handles DGR and ESD parts/material in accordance with regulatory and company requirements. Arranges FSK as per company requirements and monitors for part replenishment. Arranges PFSC as per company requirements including outstation.
