Play a vital role in ensuring goods leave our warehouse safely, accurately, and on time. You will coordinate outbound shipments, customs clearance, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly. Coordinates outbound process, directing from picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, on schedule, and compliant to destination requirements. Accountabilities Coordinate the end-to-end picking, packing, and staging of outgoing orders based on customer requirements and shipping priorities (driving forklift). Coordinate with logistics team for the schedule and dispatch of outbound shipments. Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs/export documentation. Manage customs clearance of all outgoing bonded materials and ensure data is updated in relevant systems. Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, ensure proper packaging, and enforce warehouse safety protocols. Supervise, train, and manage third-party personnel to ensure daily output targets and service level agreements are met. Identify and clear inventory errors through pick audits and checking before material dispatch. Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks, such as order cancellation or delayed orders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Higher secondary education. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a large warehouse operation. Working experience in ERP system SAP WM module is preferred. UAE licensed reach truck and forklift operator, light vehicle driver license preferred.
