Требования
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets. • Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
