As the Kids Club Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kids Club, including planning and coordinating activities, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children. You will play a pivotal role in creating a fun and educational atmosphere where children can learn, play, and create lasting memories.
Требования
• Previous experience in childcare, education, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Knowledge of child safety and first aid procedures. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
