About the Role As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, supervise junior team members, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You have excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
