About The Role The main responsibility of the role is to assist and coordinate the daily operation of the Royal Club Services team. By performing various administrative duties, the Coordinators ensure proactive communication between Royal Club Team, Front Office Team and Hotel leadership. Being a back of house role Coordinator also ensures complete and thorough allocation, set up and planning is done for all VIP guests including but not limited to allocation of amenities, reservations, itinerary planning and meeting & greet processes follow up. Attending to all email and reporting duties which support the Royal Club Services team is big part of the role. About You We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years experience in Front Office department, ideally in a luxury 5* environment. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organization and management skills, flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations and strict attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion is an important part of the role. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong administrative skills, ability to quickly learn systems and online tools/applications as well as easiness in effectively communicating with various levels inside and outside of the organization.
