Job Summary The Outside Service Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing efficient, professional, and courteous service across all outside golf operations. This role supports the daily functioning of the golf facility, ensuring that all external service areas, equipment, and guest touchpoints are maintained to the highest standards. The position also assists in the execution of tournaments and events while upholding the service excellence standards of Meydan Golf and Troon. Key Responsibilities Operations & Facility Maintenance • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all outdoor areas including the Cart Barn, Driving Range, Bag Drop, Parking Area, and Golf Course. • Maintain the Cart Barn, charging stations, and wash-down areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. • Monitor and report any shortages of guest supplies, rental equipment, or operational items to supervisors. • Assist with general upkeep, including basic maintenance of outdoor furniture and facilities. Guest Services • Deliver a welcoming and professional service experience to all guests at all times. • Assist guests with bag handling, club cleaning, and general support throughout their visit. • Ensure rental clubs are clean, well-maintained, and properly tracked at all times. • Provide clear and courteous guidance to guests regarding golf course policies, golf cart usage, etiquette, and pace of play. • Encourage guest feedback and promote survey completion, sharing insights with management. Golf Operations Support • Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts in accordance with Troon Golf standards. • Ensure all golf carts are clean, properly arranged, and fully charged at the end of each day. • Assist with the coordination and execution of golf tournaments and events. • Support tee-off operations, including starter assistance and pace-of-play monitoring when required. Driving Range & Equipment Management • Maintain the driving range presentation, including ball inventory, pyramids, bag stands, and den caddies. • Ensure consistent availability and proper condition of practice balls throughout the day. • Assist in coordinating food and beverage service for guests on the course and driving range. Administration & Compliance • Maintain accurate records of rental equipment usage. • Manage daily towel inventory, ensuring proper collection and return from laundry. • Follow all health, safety, and safe work practices in daily operations. • Adhere to Meydan Golf uniform and grooming standards at all times. • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in scheduling. • Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational requirements. Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements • Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written). • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. • Positive attitude with a proactive and “can-do” approach. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and reliability. • Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Less or equivalent to high school education; or a minimum of six month’s training / working in a similar role.
