About the Role In this role you will support the Manager, Marketing in overseeing all marketing initiatives related to Food & Beverage, as well as other resort projects when required. Working closely with the F&B operations team, you will help deliver effective marketing support while maintaining brand positioning. You will assist in crafting impactful marketing strategies for Atlantis Dubai restaurants and other activities, following the direction of the Marketing Manager and Director, and contribute to executing campaigns that drive revenue across all channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with the social media team to enhance outlet visibility across platforms and work with internal teams (CRM, Digital, Social Media, etc.) to plan, define, and launch promotional activities throughout the resort. About You The ideal candidate is passionate about Food & Beverage marketing, with at least two years of experience in the field. You will bring strong project management and organisational abilities, along with excellent writing and presentation skills. A solid understanding of the Dubai and UAE F&B landscape and current industry trends is essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines, and leading projects with creativity and initiative. Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges and change are important qualities. You will also have strong verbal and written communication skills and effective stakeholder management abilities. A degree in marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
