Требования
• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration trades. • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen/laundry environment. • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and gas systems related to commercial equipment. • Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and schematics. • Basic computer skills for reporting and maintenance logs. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on-call if needed.
