We are currently seeking a M&E Executive to join our vibrant team. As a M&E Executive with, you infuse our dynamic Sales Team with a unique blend of ambition, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for engaging with customers. Your leadership elevates our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction. • Proactivity Conduct sales calls, guest visits, and hotel site inspections. • Handle inquiries for meetings, conferences and social events. • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts for guests and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) • Coordinate event requirements with all hotel departments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and key accounts. • Conduct site inspections and guest meetings. • Ensure the successful planning and execution of all events. • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business. • Conduct pre-event meetings and site inspections with guests. • Follow up with guests after events to obtain feedback and encourage repeat business. • Maintain sales reports, forecasts, event calendars, and related documentation.

• Experience in sales beneficial but not essential • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. • Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned. • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence. • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms • Strong communication skills
