Report any stained or torn items, items left in pockets, or jewelry found on clothing to supervisors before cleaning. • Adherence to Guest Requests: Ensure specific instructions are followed perfectly, such as folding trousers, using light starch, or folding shirts. • Equipment Care: Weigh laundry prior to loading and maintain all equipment in a proper state of cleanliness. • Operational Support: Attend daily briefings and carry out valet services as needed, including the delivery of linen. • Area Maintenance: Keep the working area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
