You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, contributing to a positive dining experience for our staff. Experience in bulk cooking is essential for this role.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Maldivian cuisine. • Experience in bulk cooking is essential. • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. • In-depth knowledge of Maldivian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
