We are seeking an exceptional Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this prestigious role, you will serve as a dedicated ambassador for our guests, delivering personalized, uncompromising service that anticipates needs and exceeds expectations. You will be the cornerstone of our guest experience, managing all aspects of in-room service with meticulous attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism. • Serve as a hotel ambassador, providing personalized service to all guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and adhering to all hotel procedures and local regulations • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth, offering refreshments and assistance with luggage, unpacking, and room orientation • Manage all guest requests with efficiency and care, including laundry services, housekeeping coordination, room maintenance, and concierge services such as restaurant reservations and travel arrangements • Maintain impeccable room standards through daily inspections and personalized upkeep, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence • Anticipate guest needs and preferences by maintaining detailed guest profiles, recognizing VIP guests, and proactively offering services before being asked • Coordinate seamlessly with multiple departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, front office, and guest services to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and decisiveness, resolving issues promptly while maintaining detailed records • Perform food and beverage service duties, including meal preparation, room service delivery, and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards • Provide concierge assistance with Internet connectivity, technical support, and information about hotel facilities and local attractions • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information, preferences, and personal matters at all times • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and security procedures, reporting hazards immediately and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff • Attend daily briefings and shift handovers, maintaining updated logbooks and communicating guest feedback and opportunities to supervisors • Represent the hotel with professionalism and integrity, maintaining impeccable personal appearance and adhering to uniform standards • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment • Remain flexible and responsive to changing guest needs and business demands, extending duties as required to deliver exceptional service

**Required Skills & Competencies:** • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English • Advanced guest service expertise with proven ability to deliver luxury hospitality • Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications • Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail • Conflict resolution and complaint management skills with a customer-focused approach • Knowledge of food and beverage handling, service standards, and dining etiquette • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple departments • Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts • Discretion, trustworthiness, and commitment to confidentiality • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Skills & Competencies:** • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, French, or other languages preferred) • Experience with concierge and travel arrangement services • Knowledge of luxury brand standards and "keys to luxury" service principles • Familiarity with VIP guest management and personalized service protocols • Experience with laundry and housekeeping coordination **Required Experience:** • Minimum 2-3 years of professional butler or luxury hospitality service experience • Proven experience in upscale hotel, resort, or private service environments • Demonstrated experience managing VIP and high-profile guests • Track record of delivering personalized, anticipatory guest service **Preferred Experience:** • Experience in international hospitality settings with diverse guest populations • Background in fine dining or premium food and beverage service • Previous experience working in the Middle East or UAE hospitality sector **Education & Certifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) • Hospitality or butler service training certification (preferred) • First aid and CPR certification (preferred) • Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred) **Domain Expertise:** • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality service standards and etiquette • Knowledge of guest anticipation, personalization, and relationship building • Familiarity with health, safety, fire, and security procedures in hospitality settings • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work inclusively with guests from diverse backgrounds • Understanding of professional appearance standards and grooming expectations in luxury service **Additional Requirements:** • Valid work visa eligibility for the United Arab Emirates • Ability to pass background checks and security clearance • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Willingness to embrace the hotel's service philosophy and brand values
