Recruitment & Onboarding • Compensation & Salary Survey Benchmarking: Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys of competitor properties within the local market to benchmark compensation structures; analyze regional data to ensure that proposed offer packages remain competitive and aligned with current hospitality market trends. • Job Description Maintenance & Updates: Partner with Department Heads to systematically review, update, and draft accurate job descriptions for all positions within the property, ensuring that roles reflect current operational requirements, corporate structures, and brand standards before vacancies are published. • Manning Requisitions & Budgetary Tracking: Proactively monitor, track, and follow up on all departmental manning requisitions across the property; verify that all requests align with budgeted headcounts and operational seasonal needs, ensuring that proper, mandatory leadership approvals are secured before initiating any active recruitment processes. • Strategic Job Posting Management: Coordinate, publish, and manage active job openings across approved applicant tracking systems (ATS), prominent professional networks (such as LinkedIn), and specialized local or international recruitment platforms to maximize brand visibility and consistently attract high-caliber hospitality talent. • Rigorous Sourcing & Full-Lifecycle Screening: Manage the complete, end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume hospitality recruitment; strategically source pipelines for diverse operational roles, post vacancies across approved platforms, meticulously review incoming applications, and conduct thorough initial pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate capabilities, language proficiency, and cultural alignment. • Candidate Assessment Follow-Up: Systematically administer, track, and follow up on all pre-employment technical, language, or behavioral assessments; ensure candidates complete required testing within designated timelines and compile result metrics. • Offer Letter Generation & Issuance: Prepare, review, and issue formal employment offer letters and contracts in accordance with company standards, corporate structures, and UAE labor laws; manage candidate communication during the negotiation phase to ensure high acceptance rates. • Rigorous Collection of Proper Documents: Take full ownership of collecting, verifying, and tracking all mandatory pre-employment documentation from selected candidates; ensure the strict receipt of valid passports, attested educational certificates, previous experience letters, visa cancellations, or home-country clearances prior to official deployment. • Comprehensive Reference Checking: Conduct detailed and formal professional reference checks and extensive background verifications for all shortlisted candidates, communicating with past employers to maintain strict hiring quality standards, verify integrity, and protect the property's service reputation. • New Hire Sign-In & Structured Onboarding: Facilitate, organize, and administer the complete, end-to-end "New Hire Sign-In" process; serve as the primary point of contact on day one to ensure that all mandatory legal, financial, and internal corporate onboarding paperwork is signed, verified, and processed correctly into the HR system. • Proactive Visa Coordination: Visa Processing Support & Compliance: Compile, organize, and submit all necessary medical records, certificates, and background documentation for employees of all levels; partner closely with the Government Relations to ensure all files are audit-ready for the seamless preparation and securing of UAE employment visas. Manage the end-to-end visa application timeline for overseas and local hires; ensure smooth coordination between the candidate, the hiring department, and the Government Relations to expedite entry permits and residence visa approvals. • Onboarding Logistics: Coordinate closely with the Learning & Development to schedule new hires for their formal property orientations, and collaborate with the Housing/Accommodation team to pre-allocate staff rooms and ensure a seamless, welcoming arrival experience for incoming colleagues. Payroll Administration & Leave Tracking • Data Entry: Complete monthly payroll data entry into the HR information system in a highly precise and timely manner. • Action Form Verification: Review and process Employee Forms to ensure that salary adjustments, department transfers, re-hires, and termination payouts are completely accurate. • Leave Management: Track, and report accumulated leave balances, including annual leave, unpaid leave, and sick leave, ensuring proper authorizations are secured before dates are updated. • Policy Compliance: Inform Director of People & Culture of any internal updates regarding leave parameters, and payroll cutoff updates. Any change is the system must be approved by Director of People & Culture. Medical Insurance & Wellness • Enrollment & Deletions: Manage the administration of the group medical insurance plan, processing timely enrollments for new hires and prompt deletions for separating employees. • Claims Assistance: Assist between colleagues and insurance underwriters, assisting staff with complex medical reimbursement claims and health card processing. • Health & Safety: Coordinate and promote health, safety, and wellness programs, including injury prevention awareness and the property's modified work programs. Travel Logistics & Flight Ticket Booking • Flight Bookings: Assist People & Culture Coordinator with designated corporate travel agencies to handle end-to-end flight ticket bookings for annual vacation leave, official business travel, deployment, and repatriations. • Refund Processing: Assist People & Culture Coordinator to oversee the submission and tracking of cancelled tickets to secure applicable refunds or travel credits from vendors. Требования
**Required Qualifications:** • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources, or Recruitment Executive role • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment lifecycle management, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment • Strong organizational and management capabilities with the ability to manage high-volume, concurrent recruitment initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel information with discretion **Preferred Qualifications:** • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Prior experience with Smart Recruiter / Accor systems • Background in hospitality, hotel, or luxury service industry recruitment • Experience with payroll administration and leave management systems • Demonstrated success in employee engagement and wellness program coordination
